Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

During busy seasons, processing times may take longer, but we will communicate any delays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the destination, weight, and size of the order. The following shipping rates apply for standard delivery to the United States:

Orders over $200: Free standard shipping.

Orders under $100: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the items.

For international orders, shipping costs will depend on the destination country. Rates are calculated during checkout based on your location, the size, and the weight of the items.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary based on the shipping destination and the selected shipping method. The estimated delivery times for the United States are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.

For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the country:

Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days.

Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be required upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Shipping Restrictions

We strive to ship our products to as many locations as possible, but some restrictions may apply:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, MassAklesta is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to file a claim. However, we will do our best to assist you in the process.

8. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing an order. If you realize you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at admin@massaklesta.com. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes, and you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges if the package is returned.
