Refund & Return Policy

At MassAklesta, we value your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and structured return and refund policy. Please carefully read the following guidelines:

1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once their packaging is opened or tampered with:

Foot care products (e.g., foot washing and pedicure solutions)

Skincare items such as creams, oils, or lotions for the face and body

Any product where opening the packaging could risk contamination or spoilage

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original, unused condition.

All original packaging and labels must be intact and attached to the product.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

4. Return Request Timeframe

You must notify our support team within 3 days of receiving the product from the postal service, or no later than 15 days from the purchase date, whichever comes first. Kindly provide your reason for dissatisfaction via email to admin@massaklesta.com, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

5. Required Information for Returns

When initiating a return, please include the following details:

Amount paid

Your phone number

Full name

Email address

6. Refund Process

Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the same account or payment method used during the purchase. You will be required to provide the return tracking number and proof of return.

7. Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you may opt for a product exchange, subject to availability.

8. Product Issues: Damage or Defect

In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, customers must:

Take a short video demonstrating the issue with the product.

Send the video to our support team at admin@massaklesta.com along with your return request. Please note, this step is crucial to process returns due to damage or other issues.

9. Non-Returnable Personal Care Products

For hygiene reasons, personal care products that can no longer be resold (such as used items with no defects) cannot be returned unless there is a genuine issue with the product.
